Fee collection software for tuition centres — with UPI
Invoices go out on their own. Parents pay by UPI from the link. You watch the money land instead of chasing it.
Fee follow-ups cost you more than money
Most owners lose two evenings a month to invoicing in Excel and reminding parents on WhatsApp. The bigger cost is the relationship: every reminder makes the next conversation with that parent slightly more awkward.

What TutorOne does
Invoices generated from your fee plans
Set a monthly, per-session or one-time fee plan once. Invoices are raised on schedule, with proration handled for mid-month joiners.
Parents pay by UPI, card or netbanking
Razorpay powers payments — PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM, cards and netbanking. Money settles directly to your bank account.
GST-compliant invoice PDFs
Invoices carry your GSTIN, the SAC code for tuition services, tax rate and amount, so your CA gets what they need and you stay compliant if you are registered.
Paid, pending and overdue — at a glance
One screen shows exactly who has paid and who has not, with reminders you can send without composing a message.
We never take a cut of your fees
TutorOne charges a flat subscription — nothing per student and no commission on collections, unlike platforms that take a percentage of every rupee you earn.
Frequently asked questions
Does TutorOne take a commission on the fees I collect?+
No. TutorOne charges a flat subscription only. Payment gateway charges are Razorpay's standard rates and go to Razorpay, not to us.
Can parents pay with PhonePe or Google Pay?+
Yes. Payments run through Razorpay, which supports UPI apps including PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm and BHIM, as well as cards and netbanking.
Are the invoices GST-compliant?+
Yes. Invoice PDFs include your GSTIN, the SAC code for tuition services, tax rate and tax amount. You can configure whether GST applies based on your registration status.
Can I still accept cash?+
Yes. You can record a cash payment against any invoice, so your books stay complete even when a parent pays in person.
