Frequently asked questions
How do I make an attendance sheet for a tuition class?+
Enter your centre name, the batch, the month and your student list — the sheet builds itself with dates across the top and students down the side. Then print it or save it as a PDF.
Can I download the attendance sheet as a PDF?+
Yes. Click Print / Save as PDF and choose “Save as PDF” in your browser's print dialog. The sheet is laid out for A4 landscape.
Does it skip Sundays and holidays?+
Sundays can be skipped with one checkbox. Specific holidays aren't excluded automatically — leave those columns blank or strike them through.
Is a paper register still a good idea?+
It works, but it cannot tell a parent their child's attendance percentage, notify anyone about an absence, or feed a monthly report. If you find yourself counting ticks, that is the moment to move to digital attendance.
