The number most owners have never worked out

Unpaid fees rarely feel like a crisis — it’s a few parents, every month. Annualised, it is often the largest single leak in a tuition centre’s finances, and it is invisible until you put a number on it.

The fix is rarely chasing harder; it is making payment effortless and reminders automatic. TutorOne raises the invoice, attaches a UPI payment link, and tracks who has paid — see how fee collection works or the reminder templates that get fees paid.

Frequently asked questions

How do I calculate monthly revenue for a tuition centre?+

Multiply each batch's student count by its monthly fee, then add the batches together. This calculator does that for you and also shows the annual figure and your average fee per student.

What percentage of fees usually goes unpaid?+

It varies widely by centre and collection process, which is exactly why the figure is an input here rather than an assumption. Enter what you actually experience — many owners are surprised by the annual total once they see it.

Should I raise my tuition fees?+

The calculator shows what a given increase would add annually so you can weigh it against the risk of losing students. A common approach is to raise fees for new admissions first and keep existing students on the old rate for a term.

Is my data saved anywhere?+

No. Everything runs in your browser and is discarded when you close the tab. Nothing is uploaded or logged.
