Talk to the person who built it
There is no support tier and no ticket queue. Email lands with the developer, and you get a real answer.
Want a walkthrough instead?
I’ll show you TutorOne on a call and set your centre up while we talk.

Free during beta, no card. Ten minutes to your first batch — that tells you more than a call would.

How quickly will I get a reply?+
Usually the same day, and always within two working days. During beta your email is read by the person who wrote the code, so answers tend to be specific rather than templated.
Can I request a feature?+
Yes, and it matters more than you might expect. TutorOne's roadmap during beta is decided largely by what beta users ask for — several features shipped because one centre explained why they needed them.
Do you offer a demo?+
You can sign up free and have your own centre running in about ten minutes, which tells you more than a demo would. If you would still like a walkthrough, email us and we will arrange one.
I found a bug. What do you need from me?+
What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead — plus a screenshot if you have one. That is usually enough to reproduce and fix it.
