Writing fee receipts by hand doesn’t scale
This tool is fine for a handful of receipts a month. Once you are issuing thirty or forty, the receipt is not the work — chasing the payment is.
TutorOne raises the invoice from your fee plan, sends it with a UPI payment link, records the payment when it lands, and issues the receipt automatically. You can read more about fee collection in TutorOne or the reminder templates that actually get fees paid.
Frequently asked questions
Is this fee receipt generator really free?+
Yes — it is completely free, with no signup and no limit on how many receipts you create. It exists so tutors have something genuinely useful, whether or not they ever use TutorOne.
Is my data sent anywhere?+
No. Everything runs in your browser. Nothing you type is uploaded, stored or logged — closing the tab clears it.
How do I save the receipt as a PDF?+
Click Print / Save as PDF and choose “Save as PDF” as the destination in your browser's print dialog. You can also print it directly for a parent.
Is this a GST invoice?+
No. This is a simple payment receipt, which is what most tuition centres give parents. If you are GST-registered and need a compliant tax invoice with GSTIN and the SAC code, TutorOne generates those automatically.
Can I add my centre's logo?+
Not in this free tool — it keeps things simple and offline. Branded invoices with your logo are part of TutorOne itself.
