Why TutorOne exists
I’m Vinoth, a developer from Chennai. TutorOne started because of a pattern I kept noticing in people who run tuition centres: brilliant teachers spending their Sunday evenings building invoices in Excel, then spending Monday apologising to parents for asking about fees.
The software that exists for them is mostly built for schools or for selling online courses — priced accordingly, sold by phone, and often taking a percentage of the fees the centre collects. A centre with forty students and one owner-teacher does not need an ERP. It needs attendance that takes ten seconds, fees that collect themselves, and parents who can see how their child is doing without having to ask.
So that is what TutorOne is. It handles the evening you actually run: attendance, fee collection over UPI, online tests that grade themselves, and monthly progress reports parents can open on any phone.

Pricing on the website
Every serious competitor in this market hides its price behind a sales call. Ours is on the pricing page and it is the same for everyone, whether you run four batches or forty.
We never take a cut of your fees
Some platforms take a percentage of the money parents pay you. We charge a flat subscription and nothing else — what parents pay is yours.
Your data is yours, and portable
Every account can export students, attendance, invoices and payments to Excel or CSV at any time. No hostage-taking if you decide to leave.
Children's data is not a growth channel
We do not sell data, we do not profile students, and we do not use your students' records to train models. Shared report links are never indexed by search engines.
Built for a centre, not a school district
TutorOne is sized for one owner, a few teachers and a few hundred students. Set up in an evening by the person who runs the place.
Where things stand today
TutorOne is in beta. That means it is free, it changes weekly, and the roadmap is genuinely decided by the people using it — when a beta user says something is confusing or missing, it usually ships that month.
