How TutorOne works

Five steps, recorded from the actual product on a real centre’s data. Nothing here is a mockup — if you sign up, this is what you get.

1Setup · about 10 minutes

Add your students and batches

Import your student list from a CSV — most owners already have one in Excel — or add students by hand. Group them into batches with a subject, a teacher and a fee plan, and the timetable and billing follow automatically.

  • CSV import from your existing spreadsheet
  • Batches carry subject, teacher and fee plan
  • Siblings can be linked to one parent account
2Every class

Mark attendance in one tap

Open today's session and tap Present, Late or Absent — or mark the whole batch present and flip the exceptions. Absent students' parents are notified without you making a call.

  • A 15-student batch takes under 30 seconds
  • Parents notified automatically about absences
  • Attendance rolls into the monthly report
3Every month

Fees collect themselves

Invoices are raised from your fee plans on schedule and sent with a UPI payment link. Parents pay from their phone; you watch paid, pending and overdue on one screen instead of scrolling WhatsApp.

  • UPI, cards and netbanking via Razorpay
  • GST invoices with your GSTIN and the SAC code
  • No commission — the fees are entirely yours
4Every week

Tests that grade themselves

Build an MCQ test in minutes, or import a question bank from Excel. Students take it on any phone with a live timer and tab-switch detection, and MCQs are scored the moment they submit.

  • MCQ, short answer and file upload
  • Live timer, resumes if the connection drops
  • Scores land on the student's profile instantly
5Every month

Parents see real progress

Generate reports for a whole batch in one click — attendance, test scores, topics covered and your remarks. Parents open them from a link on any phone, with nothing to install.

  • One click per batch, not per student
  • Shareable link or downloadable PDF
  • Revoke any link at any time

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to set up TutorOne?+

About ten minutes to a working centre: import your students, create a batch, and you can mark attendance in your next class. Importing a large student list from CSV is the only step that takes real time.

Do I need to install anything?+

No. TutorOne runs in any browser on phone or computer, and parents get a browser-based portal with nothing to download.

Can I try it without talking to anyone?+

Yes, and we'd prefer you did. Sign-up is self-serve and free during beta. Book a demo only if you'd rather be shown.

What if I already use Excel and WhatsApp?+

Export your student list to CSV and import it — most centres are moved across in an afternoon. Keep WhatsApp for conversation; let TutorOne handle invoices, reminders and reports.

Ten minutes from now, your centre could be running on this

Free during beta. Import your students and mark tonight's attendance in the app.
